Volunteer Law
The Arizona Revised Statute 12-982 protects volunteers (including dental providers) from civil liability as long as they are acting in good faith and within their scope of practice and damage was not caused by willful, wanton or grossly negligent misconduct by the volunteer.

In Your Office
If you are able to help one or two patients per year in your office, please contact ginger@azda.org. The Arizona Dental Association has established a charitable outreach program Donated Dental Services (DDS) to link qualified patients in need with dentists who can help.
